#1 Eiffel Scholarship Program of Excellence
This program was created by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. The main aim of this program is to attract top foreign students to French higher education institutions. The scholarships under this program finance master’s and Ph.D. studies. At the master’s degree level, funding is provided for 12-36 months. For Ph.D. students, it is provided up to 12 months. Students of law, economics and management, engineering, and political science can apply for these scholarships. The scholarships finance international air travel, local transport, health insurance, monthly allowance, housing assistance, and cultural activities. #2 Excellence-Major Scholarships
Co-financed by the Agency for French Education Abroad and Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, these scholarships are provided for foreign baccalaureate holders at the network of French Lycées. It allows these international students to pursue their higher studies in France. Through the scholarships, students are supported financially for five years of studies in France. Also, they obtain the status of scholarship holders of the French Government which helps in visa and residence card processing and makes the obtaining of university accommodation easier. #3 Erasmus+ Program
The Erasmus+ program for higher education promotes mobility in Europe and internationally. It is led by the European Commission and is the largest provider of scholarships in the European Union. Under this program, students can apply for financial assistance which covers travel and living costs to spend 1-2 semesters in France. Only students from partner or program countries can apply. Plus, for Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters Degrees, which are delivered by a consortium of universities, students can apply for scholarships. #4 The Emily Boutmy Scholarship
Created by Sciences Po, this scholarship program is meant for students from outside the European Union. Students at bachelor’s and master’s levels of studies are eligible to apply for the scholarship. The scholarship is granted to students whose profile matches the admissions priorities and who meet the requirements of individual courses. Under the scholarship program, scholarship holders get a fixed amount of tuition grants every year. Only first-time applicants who do not file taxes within the European Union are eligible to apply. #5 Université Paris-Saclay International Master’s Scholarships
These scholarships are offered in order to allow international students to pursue their master’s degrees from the university. The scholarships are designed to make it easier for highly qualified scholarships to get admission to the university. They are based on academic achievements and are awarded for students taking admission to specific institutes within the university. The scholarships are provided for 1-2 years and in order to the scholarship in the second year, students have to complete a certain number of credits. This university provides master’s scholarships under the Excellence Initiative (IDEX). These scholarships are provided to foreign students for the master’s program. The scholarships are provided for one academic year so applicants can apply for scholarships for the first year or second year of a master’s program. The selection of applicants is done considering their academic record and material situation. #7 HEC Paris Scholarships

#8 IESEG’s International Scholarships Program
At IESEG School of Management, which is a business school in France, students are provided with merit-based scholarships. These merit-based scholarships are meant for international students and provide a tuition waiver of 10% to 50%. All students who apply for graduate programs at this business school are automatically considered for scholarships based on their academic performance, relevant working experience, GMAT, and English Proficiency. #9 Université Côte d’Azur Scholarships
The “Digital Systems for Humans” Graduate School at this university provides scholarships under its “Mobility Allocation for Students” scheme. These scholarships are meant to support students of one of the school’s master’s level programs. There are many master’s programs that are eligible for the scholarship scheme. Only international students who have completed earlier studies in their home countries and hold excellent academic records are eligible to apply. Students must also express interest in studying for a Ph.D. Degree after their master’s. A certain scholarship amount is granted per semester to the scholarship holders. #10 INSEAD MBA Scholarships
